Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Like Human (“we”, “us”), a personal training and human-performance studio in Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra, India, handles personal information you share through this website. We aim to collect only what we need, use it only for the purpose you gave it, and keep it safe, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Information we collect
When you send a consultation enquiry
- Your full name and phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide it
- Your primary goal, any package or service of interest, and your preferred contact method and time
- Any message you choose to include
- The page from which you sent the enquiry
We deliberately do not ask for detailed health information online. If you have health or exercise considerations, we will discuss them with you privately during your consultation.
The “Find your path” tool
Answers you give in the package recommendation tool stay in your browser. They are not stored or sent to us.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy, in addition to this one.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working. We use it to protect our enquiry form from abuse. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Website analytics
If enabled, we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies or collect personal data. It counts page views and a few actions (for example, sending an enquiry or tapping the WhatsApp button) in aggregate, so we can tell which pages are useful. When you send an enquiry, the form also includes the page you first arrived on and any campaign tag in the link (for example, a Google Business Profile link), so we know how you found us.
If enabled, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. It sets first-party analytics cookies. We have turned off advertising features, Google signals and ad personalisation, and we never send your name, phone number or the content of your enquiry to Google Analytics. You can block these cookies in your browser settings without affecting the site.
How enquiries are followed up
When you send an enquiry, we record the service you asked about, the time you prefer to be contacted, your consent, and how you found us, so the right coach can follow up. We sort enquiries using only the choices you make in the form (such as your area and when you would like to start). We do not use health information for marketing. If you mention health considerations, a coach reviews them personally. If we use a customer-management system (such as HubSpot), your enquiry details are stored there to manage your follow-up.
Booking a consultation
If you book online, your name, email address and phone number are shared with our scheduling provider (Cal.com) to create the booking and send your confirmation. The link in your confirmation lets you reschedule or cancel; keep it private.
WhatsApp messages
We only send WhatsApp updates about your enquiry or consultation if you tick the WhatsApp option, or reply to a message you sent us. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop immediately. We never send promotional WhatsApp messages automatically and never use purchased contact lists. Messages are delivered through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform.
Google Maps
The map on our contact page only loads if you choose to load it. Google then processes your IP address under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange your initial consultation
- To contact you using your preferred method about the services you asked about
- To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up appropriately
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the website and receive enquiries (for example, our hosting, email or customer-management provider), and only as needed for that purpose — or where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable records. If you do not become a client, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. To make a request, please reach us via niranjandhuri.11@gmail.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No online system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the website.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
