Our approach · Kothrud, Pune
Measure your progress beyond the scale.

The coaching process
We don’t just give you workouts. We build your training plan.
Stage 01 of 05
Initial consultation
We start by understanding you — before any exercise is prescribed.
- Training history
- Goals and expectations
- Lifestyle and exercise habits
- Available training time
- Previous injuries and relevant limitations
- Relevant health considerations
- Personal preferences
Body composition analysis
Look beyond the number on the scale.
Measures we can include
- Body weight
- Estimated body fat percentage
- Estimated fat mass
- Estimated lean mass
- Skeletal muscle estimate
- Waist circumference and selected measurements
Limitations, honestly
Bioelectrical impedance readings can be affected by hydration, food intake, recent exercise and other conditions. We use a consistent measurement routine and interpret results as trends, in context.
We use body composition to inform coaching decisions — not to judge anyone. A lower number isn’t automatically better, and no single measurement describes your health.
Body composition · Sample client
Three assessments, same morning protocol
Illustrative example — not real client data
| Measure | Baseline | Previous | Current | Change |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Body weight | 78.4 kg | 77.1 kg | 76.2 kg | -2.2 kg |
| Est. body fat | 27.8 % | 26.1 % | 24.9 % | -2.9 % |
| Skeletal muscle (est.) | 31.2 kg | 31.6 kg | 32 kg | +0.8 kg |
| Waist | 92 cm | 90 cm | 88.5 cm | -3.5 cm |
Coach’s interpretation
Steady downward trend in estimated fat with muscle estimates holding — consistent with training adherence this block. Measured under the same morning conditions each time.
Next recommended action
Keep current nutrition targets; add a third lower-body strength exposure in the next block.
From findings to training decisions
How assessment results change your plan.
Exercise selection
Movement findings decide which variations you start with — and which to build toward.
Load & volume
Strength and tolerance baselines set where your training starts and how fast it progresses.
Conditioning
Cardiovascular indicators guide intensity and how work duration increases.
Nutrition focus
Body composition trends inform whether training and nutrition targets need adjusting.
Mobility work
Specific restrictions get specific work — not a generic routine.
Reassessment timing
We retest what matters for your goal, when it's useful — not on autopilot.

- 3.Agreed: 7,000+ steps on non-training days
