Rehab & movement · Kothrud, Pune

Progressive exercise and strength training after rehabilitation.

For appropriately screened people returning to exercise after physiotherapy, or who need individualised modifications to train safely — from rehabilitation to stronger movement.

Where coaching fits

From rehabilitation to stronger movement.

It helps to be clear about who does what. Clinical care comes first; coaching builds on it.

Not sure if you should start training or see a clinician first?

If you have current pain, a recent injury or surgery, or symptoms you haven’t had assessed, start with your doctor or a physiotherapist. Otherwise, tell us your situation in a consultation — we’ll advise honestly, screen appropriately, and coordinate with your healthcare professional where needed.

How it works

Careful, coordinated, progressive.

Our team includes physiotherapist Shushti Belekar, who works alongside the coaches on movement assessment.

  1. 01

    Screening first

We ask about your history, current symptoms and any guidance you've received — and won't start until it's appropriate.

  2. 02

    Clinician in the loop

Where needed, we work from your physiotherapist's or doctor's guidance and keep them informed of progress.

  3. 03

    Gradual progression

Load, range and complexity increase in small, planned steps, with regressions ready if something doesn't feel right.

  4. 04

    Measured, not guessed

Strength, range and tolerance are tracked so the return to full training is based on evidence.

Questions

Returning to training, answered.

Do you diagnose or treat injuries?
No. Diagnosis and clinical treatment belong to qualified healthcare professionals. We provide exercise — post-rehabilitation and adapted strength training — and coordinate with your clinician where needed.
When should I see a physiotherapist or doctor first?
If you have current or worsening pain, a recent injury or surgery, unexplained symptoms, or you haven't been assessed yet. If you're unsure, contact us — we'll advise honestly.
Will training fix my pain?
We can't promise that, and no one should. What we can offer is careful, progressive exercise designed around your situation and the guidance you've been given.
Which package is right for post-rehabilitation training?
Most people start with Foundation, which focuses on technique, foundational strength and consistency. We'll recommend the right option after your consultation.
